Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is typically 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery time for international orders is typically 7-21 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all states within the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of the damaged items and the packaging and contact us immediately so we can assist you.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
